Carefully curated guides and recommendations for parents — based on personal experience, thoughtful research, and what genuinely matters.
Created by Anastasia, founder of Zoe & Kind and mum to Zoe.
Zoe & Kind is based in the UK, but our guides are made for parents everywhere. Links mainly lead to UK retailers so you can find the exact items and look for them in your own country.
Mum to Zoe · Founder of Zoe & Kind
When I was preparing for my daughter, I wanted to make thoughtful choices about the things we brought into our home.
Instead, I found myself spending hundreds of hours researching materials, ingredients, safety information, reviews and recommendations — trying to work out what actually mattered and what didn't.
After Zoe was born, I continued researching and, importantly, started experiencing many of these products in real life.
That's how Zoe & Kind began.
I created it to share what I've learned and to make the process a little simpler for other parents — not by giving you an endless list of things to buy, but by helping you understand what to look for, what to compare and what I would genuinely choose for my own family.
Some recommendations come from products we've personally used. Others are based on extensive research. I always aim to make that distinction clear.
The goal isn't to buy more. It's to feel more confident about what you choose.

Baby Zoe
Personal experience
I share the things we've genuinely used, loved and returned to throughout Zoe's first years — as well as the lessons I've learned along the way.
Thoughtful research
I look beyond marketing claims and consider materials, ingredients, design, practical details and available evidence where relevant.
Carefully chosen
I don't believe every family needs the same products. The aim is to help you understand your options so you can decide what makes sense for your family.
No sponsorships
Brands don't pay to be included in Zoe & Kind guides. There are no paid placements or sponsored recommendations.
Some links may be affiliate links, but this does not determine which products I choose to recommend.
Always evolving
Products change. New information becomes available. Zoe grows.
That's why the guides are supported by private Notion pages that I can update over time — so your guide can continue to be useful long after you purchase it.
